Once you have received your test data it's time to start training and smashing some goals! Each program will be individualised for your sport or hobby, focusing on building a strength base, addressing any weaknesses and enjoying yourself at the same time!

Training

1-1 personal training - $120
Session Length - 1hr

1-1 session is perfect for someone who prefers a focused session. You will have your trainers undivided attention

Kettlebell Workout

Train with a mate- $80pp
Session Length - 1hr

If you prefer to train with a friend but still want the guidance of a trainer, for a cheaper price, this option is for you. Hold each other accountable for your fitness goals!

Crossfit Class

Train with mates! - $60pp
Session Length - 1hr

3-4 people. Rope your friends into joining you on your fitness journey.! You'll all receive guidance from a trainer but in a more energetic environment.  Perfect for you if you want to hit your fitness goals and social life at the same time! Affordable price.
